Haji Bashir Ahmad founded the company in Gujranwala as a small cottage industry named Chattan UPVC & PPR-C Pipes and Fittings Factory. This marked the humble beginning with a focus on producing high-quality plastic pipes using basic setup and strong determination.
The initial years were dedicated to building a solid reputation through consistent quality improvement and team expansion. The cottage setup evolved into a more professional manufacturing unit with added machinery and skilled workers, establishing a strong local market presence.
With growing demand, the company expanded operations significantly. New machinery was introduced, product range diversified (including more UPVC & PPR-C fittings), and an in-house quality control system was established. This period laid the foundation for nationwide distribution and stronger brand recognition.
The in-house laboratory was upgraded to meet international standards. Expert polymer engineers joined the team, and heavy investment was made in R&D for continuous product enhancement.
